Marci Lashway is a Los Angeles–based creative producer and marketer working at the intersection of artist development, brand strategy, and creative execution.
Her career spans brand consulting, creative services, artist development, and music marketing, giving her a unique perspective on how ideas evolve from early concept to public-facing campaigns. Whether developing artist brands, producing creative work, or building marketing strategies, she is drawn to the space where creative vision, audience connection, and execution meet.
She works from concept through execution, bridging strategy, storytelling, and production to build projects that feel cohesive, intentional, and culturally relevant.
Selected Experience
Marci most recently served as Marketing Director at Venice Music, working within the company’s Artist Services division to support artist development, marketing strategy, release campaigns, and audience growth initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she supported the Global Executive Creative Director and Creative Services leadership team at Siegel+Gale, a leading global brand strategy firm, contributing to brand strategy, creative operations, and identity development work for Fortune 500 clients including American Express and CVS Health.
